Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we have dispatched that product to you. Greeksouvenirshop.com reserves the right to decline acceptance of any order for any reason or deliver ordered products in smaller quantities and refund the purchase price for the undelivered products. If this is the case we will let you know prior to sending anything.
6. Pricing and Availability
The products that we provide are produced by various manufacturers across Greece and therefore items’ availability and shipping schedule can vary and is subject to change without notice. Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such.
In the unfortunate event that any product is listed at an incorrect price, Greeksouvenirshop.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders. If any orders are placed at the incorrect price and your credit card has been charged Greeksouvenirshop.com will refund you immediately.
7. Return Policy
All returns are subject to approval from Greeksouvenirshop.com. Please DO NOT return any purchased item without having contacted Greeksouvenirshop.com and get our consensus first. Further details regarding how and where to return your purchased items will be provided when return is approved.
For any purchased items to be eligible for return, you will need to contact Greeksouvenirshop.com prior to 30 days from the shipping date. Any return requests sent outside of the above 30 day period will result to rejection.
Shipping, handling and insurance costs are not refundable except for defective items or items sent incorrectly. Greeksouvenirshop.com recommends that any returned items come in their original packaging and are insured as we take no responsibility for lost or damaged returned products. All returned items must have the shipping costs prepaid.
